HOW TO MAKE SATAY SAUCE

This is Greg’s Kitchen where the food is finger licking, the home of simple easy tasty recipes. Today l show you how to make a Satay Sauce, perfect for brushing over your chicken as you grill it, or for pouring or using as a dipping sauce, l hope you love it as much as l did…… to the ingredients! 2 table spoons oil 1-2 cloves of garlic crushed 1 onion finely chopped 1/2 teaspoon chilli 1/2 cup peanut butter 1 table spoon soy sauce 1 table spoon lime juice 1/2 teaspoon lime zest 1 table spoon brown sugar 1 – 1 1/2 cups coconut milk or cream 1 teaspoon fish sauce Add water to thin out sauce if necessary.

Spicy Jerk pasta bake

The mince is 3½ syns for the whole pack, the cheese (45g) is my healthy option a, the rest is free on extra easy… This is enough to feed 4 people, we tend to have the rest the next day. Sorry for the poor editing and the lack of info, I’m just starting out with cooking and thought I’d film it.. Quite hard with one hand
